A future where every youth has access to a pathway to thrive—free from cycles of trauma, poverty, and disconnection.
To empower disconnected youth through transformative care that provides stability, healing, and opportunity—laying the foundation for independence, purpose, and lifelong success.
The overarching goal of Family Links Residential is to reduce negative outcomes such as homelessness, criminal justice involvement, and poverty among Opportunity Youth, while simultaneously promoting positive development. Specifically, the program aims to stabilize youth through programming and therapeutic services; increase their access to employment, education, and vocational pathways; build skills necessary for independent living; and foster a sense of purpose, community, and self-worth. Prosocial development is central to the model, and the program will work to strengthen identity, enhance relationship-building, and cultivate civic responsibility.
We partner with probation, nonprofit agencies, juvenile justice organizations, and schools to support youth.
Our partnerships include Choices, Eclectic Soul Voices, the City of Marion, Grant County and Vigo County Probation.
