Kevin is the loving father of two children and husband to his wife. He comes to us from years in the governmental sector in both the Prosecutor's Office and community serving organizations, both for profit and non-for-profit. He is committed to social justice, family development, and spiritual growth. He is most passionate about helping men improve their relationships with their families by mirroring and teaching the importance of serving others.
Karlin J Tichenor, PhD
Vice President & Senior Partner
Karlin is the loving father of one daughter and a husband to his wife. He comes to us from years in K12 education as an Associate Superintendent, post-secondary education as an Assistant and Adjunct Professor, non-profit agencies as a director, both local and statewide, and as an owner of a consulting firm. He is passionate about under-served populations and improving the lived experiences of those he serves, most notably marginalized communities.
