Family Links seeks to improve the lives of families, communities, and youth by serving the comprehensive needs of individuals and families to improve relational health and togetherness to improve outcomes for youth. We provide behavioral, social, and mental health services by using innovative and evidence-based strategies to connect families, build relationships, and improve communities.
As part of our commitment to improving outcomes for children, Family Links has expanded into school-based services to support student mental health and well-being across Indiana. Our school-based work is grounded in the belief that every young person deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported within their learning environment.
Our team consists of professionals with backgrounds in education, mental health, and social services, allowing us to approach each school partnership with both compassion and expertise. We work alongside schools and communities to build practical, trauma-informed systems that meet the needs of youth, families, and the educators who serve them.
Our comprehensive school-based services are designed to be responsive, collaborative, and immediately useful to educators and school leaders. Our goals include:
Professional Development - Equipping educators with trauma-informed practices, mental health awareness, and evidence-based intervention strategies
Student Group Interventions - Providing targeted support through evidence-based group interventions for student wellness
Behavior Consultation - Offering consultation and coaching aligned with multi-tiered systems of support
System Development - Supporting districts in building sustainable mental health frameworks and positive school climates
